A conversation for Christian stay-at-home moms on recognizing when change is needed, creating healthy boundaries, and taking intentional action to bring structure, peace, and consistency back into your daily life.
Hi mama,
We just got back from celebrating the Fourth of July at the beach, and my husband's birthday, so I'm officially coming home fat and happy. 😂
But after a hectic season and looking ahead to all the changes this summer and fall will bring, I've realized I'm craving something I haven't had in a while: structure.
This year, with all the stress and busyness, my health and fitness took the biggest hit. I've gained a few pounds, my consistency in the gym hasn't been where I want it to be, and it's time for a reset.
In this episode, I'm sharing why I've decided to do 75 Hard again (I completed it last year!), what the challenge is, and why I'm putting my own spin on it.
We'll talk about:
I'm also sharing this for three simple reasons:
If you've been feeling a little off, craving a fresh start, or simply need a reason to recommit to yourself, this episode is your invitation.
Here's to 75 days of showing up - one day at a time.
And if you're ready to create intentional rhythms in more than just your health, I'd love to invite you to join Girl, Get a Vision—a free 10-day challenge inside our Facebook community, happening July 20–31. Together, we'll seek God, ask the hard questions, reflect on where He's leading us in this season, and create a vision for the life He's calling us to live. You can also grab the optional Girl, Get a Vision Guide to go deeper with journal prompts and exercises.

Hi mama,
We’ve officially reached the halfway point of the year, and instead of our usual monthly review, I’m inviting you behind the scenes for a mid-year reflection.
After a recent doctor’s appointment reminded me of a season I hadn’t thought about in years, I found myself reflecting on God’s faithfulness and steadfast love. Psalm 105:5 reminds us of the importance of remembering what God has done and that became the foundation for this episode.
I’m sharing the biggest moments from January through June, including:
Most importantly, I’m sharing the two biggest lessons God has been teaching me:
If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about your next step, this episode will encourage you to pause, reflect, and move into the second half of the year with greater purpose and expectation.
I’m also inviting you to join my FREE 2-week Vision Challenge (July 20–31) inside my Facebook community. Together, we’ll create space to seek God, gain clarity, and build a vision for what’s ahead. A companion guide will also be available for purchase to use during your quiet time. JOIN GROUP HERE
Remember: not making a decision is still a decision. Not taking action has a cost. So take inventory, ask the hard questions, trust God with the process, and keep moving forward—even if it’s messy.

Hi mama,
This week's episode is a replay of one of my favorite series all about the Happiness Scorecard, and we're wrapping it up by diving into the final three areas that have made a huge difference in my own journey to finding more joy at home.
Today, I'm talking about friendship and community, impact and generosity, and fun and adventure—three often-overlooked areas that can deeply affect our overall happiness and well-being as stay-at-home moms.
I'll walk you through the questions I use to honestly evaluate each category, share personal stories (including how saying "yes" to tennis lessons changed more than I expected!), and encourage you to take a bird's-eye view of your own life so you can identify what's creating friction and begin making intentional changes.
If you've been following along with this replay series, this is the perfect way to finish your Happiness Scorecard and create a clear starting point for growth. Remember, happiness isn't something that happens to us—it's a choice we make, and caring for these key areas helps make that choice so much easier.
Grab your scorecard, be honest with yourself, and let's finish this journey together!

In this replay episode, I'm sharing why putting yourself first isn't selfish, it's actually one of the best things you can do for your family. Hi mama,
After an incredible trip to Puerto Rico, I came home realizing something I didn't expect—I needed rest. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. As I settled back into everyday life, I started feeling overwhelmed by everything waiting for me: the responsibilities, the to-do lists, the laundry, the meals, and all the things that come with being a stay-at-home mom and running multiple businesses.
In the middle of that overwhelm, I spent time praying and realized what I truly needed: a reminder of my vision.
My vision isn't just about goals or dreams—it's about who God is calling me to be, how I want to show up for my family, and the purpose behind the work I'm doing every day. When I lose sight of that vision, it's easy to become discouraged, distracted, and consumed by the daily demands of life.
In this episode, I'm sharing what God revealed to me during this season of rest and reflection. Together, we'll talk about the importance of revisiting the vision God has given us and asking ourselves: Where am I going? Why am I doing what I'm doing? What is the bigger purpose behind this season of motherhood?
If you've been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you've lost sight of your direction, this episode is your invitation to reconnect with your vision. Take time to reflect, remember where you're headed, and realign with the purpose God has placed on your heart.
Because without a vision, we truly do perish. Let's get back on track and move forward with clarity, confidence, and intention.

Hi mama,
In this episode, I share my personal struggle with finding purpose, especially in seasons when life felt repetitive and I questioned whether what I was doing really mattered.
We'll talk about the connection between faith, hope, and purpose, and how purpose is often found when we put our faith into action and trust God's plan for our lives. Through Scripture and personal experience, I share how God reminded me that He created each of us with purpose and prepared good works for us to do.
If you're a stay-at-home mom who has ever felt unseen, stuck, or unsure of your calling, I pray this episode encourages you to keep seeking God, embrace the opportunities in front of you, and trust that He is working through your everyday faithfulness.

Hi mama,
I'm replaying this episode today because the encouragement and practical tips it contains are too good not to hear again.
Have you ever sat down for your quiet time with God only to get completely lost in your thoughts? One minute you're planning your day, replaying conversations, worrying about your kids or your marriage, and before you know it, you're scrolling Instagram instead of opening your Bible. I've been there more times than I'd like to admit.
In this episode, I'm sharing the simple quiet time structure that completely changed my mornings. After struggling with distractions, mental clutter, and guilt, I asked God for help and He showed me a practical way to stay focused on Him without fighting every thought that popped into my head.
I'll walk you through the four-step routine I use every morning to clear my mind, connect with God, study His Word, and apply what I'm learning to my everyday life as a mom. This simple framework helps me stop spiraling, put down my phone, and create space to hear from God.
If you've been craving a more meaningful, focused quiet time but aren't sure where to start, this episode is for you.

Hi mama,
Have you ever taken a familiar road from a different direction and realized it looks completely different? That simple moment reminded me how powerful perspective really is.
In this episode, we’re talking about how easy it is to get stuck in the same way of thinking and how that shapes our emotions, decisions, and even how we lead our homes.
You’ll learn simple ways to shift your perspective, renew your thinking, and see life through a healthier lens, along with a reminder from Isaiah 55:8–9 that God’s ways and thoughts are higher than ours.
Because when you change your perspective, you change how you show up in every area of your life.
