Today on the podcast we feature 3 Ryerson students discussing how they have been managing both their nutrition and self care during the pandemic. Steph Davies and Jennifer are Food and Nutrition undergrads, and Stefania is studying biology. Some highlighted topics were anxiety, food competitiveness, exercising, and tips for maintaining a healthy diet. Some takeaways from this interview in regard to the pandemic were:- Take it easy- Slow down and find out what is important - Compare yourself to the person you were yesterday instead of others (dont forget where you’ve come from)
