Guest:Oh! What day do you have open?
Front desk:Only Tuesday through Thursday. The following week has many openings if you'd like to reserve then.
Guest:No, I need to be there that week.
Front desk:May I suggest we reserve Tuesday through Thursday and put you on our priority waiting list for the rest of the dates and keep you informed?
Guest:No, I need to be sure.
Front desk:We apologize for any inconvenience, sir, and hope you'll consider us for future reservations.
