OPERADORA: Como su caso es muy especial, se debería tratar diferente. Para poder hacer efectivo su pago, necesitamos que usted nos pruebe el accidente.

SANDRA: Bueno, tengo los papeles que me dio el policía de tránsito.

OPERADORA: Bien. Eso es un comienzo, pero también necesitamos que nos entregue una carta de parte de su doctor. Es importante que esta carta tenga el código del doctor, el sello de la clínica y que venga dirigida a nuestro director general, el señor Alberto Cortés.

SANDRA: Bueno, creo que yo podría conseguir esa carta... ¿Qué más necesita que lleve?

OPERADORA: No, nada más, una vez que tenga la carta usted debería presentarse en nuestras oficinas con todos los documentos solicitados y así podremos hacerle la transferencia bancaria a su cuenta.

SANDRA: Me parece razonable. ¡Muchas gracias por su tiempo!

OPERADORA: ¡Con muchísimo gusto! señora.

OPERATOR: Since your case is very particular, it must be handled differently. In order for us to release payment, we need for you to provide evidence of the accident.

SANDRA: Well, I have the documents the police officer gave me.

OPERATOR: Good, that is a start, but we also require a letter on behalf of your doctor. It is important this letter contains the doctor’s code, the clinic’s seal and that it be written to the attention of our General Director, Mr. Alberto Cortés.

SANDRA: Okay, I believe I can obtain the letter. What else should I bring?

OPERATOR: Nothing else. Once you have the letter you should come to our offices with all the required paperwork and at that point we will be able to complete a transfer directly into your bank account.

SANDRA: That sounds reasonable. Thank you for your time!

OPERATOR: My pleasure ma’am!
