With the COVID-19 pandemic bringing unprecedented changes in work life, the work from home trend has become a new normal. Although on one hand this new work culture seems to mitigate the chronic work life imbalance that employees face, on the other hand, employees and organizations are also loosing out on lot of things. Some of these things we miss out on are mentoring, customer interaction skills, networking, team building, bonding and personal interactions. Although online work environment can never substitute the real professional environment, still there are certain soft skills that can bring about your personal and professional growth in this new remote working culture.
