Dan chats to Jeff Neville, the host of The Loose Head podcast. Jeff has managed to gather an amazing array of some of the top coaches in the game and chat to them about their approaches.

Now it is time to find out what he has learned and ask him the questions.  We focus on three pods in particular: Andy Friend, Ben Ryan and Pat Lam.

• What theme or themes from all the podcasts has or have most resonated with you?
• We hear a lot about the "why" when experienced coaches discuss how they approach coaching. What does it mean to you, and how do you implement this in your coaching
• Ben Ryan's story about coaching Fiji rugby is both inspirational and sad. We don't get to coach the same talent where rugby is embedded in their souls. How can we use Ben's lessons in our rugby?
• Pat Lam talked about love and honesty. There are so many possible interpretations of what these can mean. How can a coach use these in their environments?
