What is happening?

It's happening to you but not to anybody else. I got a word saying "I'm doing things with you that I'm not doing with anyone else because I'm taking you places that I'm not taking them." An eye opening, weight-dropping sentence and then the very next day seemed harsher than ever before, weird, strange things. That's because it's upgrade time and the enemy is trying to stop you and God is using this to try to see if you're ready. Your training is specialized because you have a special purpose that's meant only for you.

The more I do this, the more I want to do this.

I felt like I just wanted to note down this morning that the more I include God in everything, the more I focus on Him, the more I rely on Him and depend on Him, the more I want to. I just love the way God does things. He stretches us to show us what we're already made of and to grow even more.

There's a quick interruption and a quick stop for the first time due to something external, but I think the message is here.

Why do we have different levels of faith?

Why are there areas that we just know God has already done it and then there's times where we need to fight to believe it? I'm annoyed at myself this morning for realizing this. It shows me how much work God still has to do in me and I love how calmly He grows us through all these kinds of things. I want to move like Noah did when God said build an ark and walk like David did when he approached Goliath in every area and aspect of my life. How about you?

What takes you back.

What is it that makes you lose focus or perhaps interest and then fall back to idle things or non God-seeking things? What is it that brings your back to your diligent search of the Lord? It stands out today that we need to find what these things are and apply ourselves accordingly.

Do you feel pushed sometimes?

Sometimes we're left with no choice but to do or to go. No choice but to walk by faith. We don't see it yet but we're forced. These are your growth moments my friend. This is where the growth, elevation, increase that you've asked for starts. God gets to do a thing when we walk by faith. I love it when God does a thing. When right can be wrong.

You've been asked to tell someone something or do something specific for someone but you go pray to God for it to happen. The intentions are good but it wasn't an obedient action. Even good can be wrong sometimes because it's not what's needed in that exact moment. God is very specific when His instructions come. Follow them to the T. Do exactly what He says, nothing more and nothing less.

Does it annoy you?

Does worrying, stressing, trying to figure the issue out ever annoy you? That thing that you know that you know you can do nothing about, yet you sit and still worry or try to figure it out. It annoys and frustrates me on different levels more and more. I couldn't find anywhere in the word where it says that it's my job to figure it out. I did find again that it says to call to God, search for Him, rejoice always and pray. God will do it my friend. He is more than enough. Seek Him, lay it down, let it go and let God be God.

Be still and know.

I'm reminded that God is in control, the same position He's always been in. I'm reminded that He's got this and that He will provide and take care of it, the same thing He has always done. I don't know your need or what you're facing, but all I'm reminded to tell you right now is to Be still and know the He is God.

Celebrate.

Take some time and celebrate yourself a little, for where God has brought you, for how God has shaped you, your growth, your victories, you. God is a gentleman and doesn't force Himself on us and His promises have instructions for us, so celebrate the fact that you do things and then ultimately we celebrate God for His goodness, glory and grace!
