What Absence Creates.

If darkness seems to be overcrowding you, it means the light is becoming absent. If the lies seem to be running wild, truth is going missing. God says that you'll find Him if you seek Him with all your heart. God is light and love and truth. Seek Him with everything you have and darkness and lies will start to disappear.

Find the nuggets.

When you keep fighting and you keep seeking, something awesome finally happens. You find God. He says, seek me and you will find me if you seek me with all your heart. He breaks open things for you to reveal the golden, very valuable, nugget. These nuggets have been giving me boosts in motivation to go even harder because it's so beautiful. Keep seeking to find your nugget!

It's not hard, it's painful.

Sometimes the choices we have to choose between isn't just good and bad. It can sometimes look like we have to choose between bad and bad or hard and harder. Don't just involve God when you get lost, learn to involve God with everything you do. Involve God before you even start the process. Involve God before you even get up in the morning, go to Him before your feet touch that ground.

What do you see and what do you say?

When you run into that person or see that person in the mirror, what are your thoughts about him or her? What do you say to that person or what do you speak over that person?

If the wrong things define you and your identity is found in the wrong things, you'll have the wrong picture of that person. Your real identity is found in Jesus Christ and the bible teaches you exactly who you are. That's also the only way I've found to get the lies out and that's to fill it with God's truth which is the real truth.

Stop feeding what you need destroyed.

Stop feeding the fire you're asking God to quench.

Stop adding to the thing you're asking God to reduce.

Stop building the thing you're asking God to destroy and bring to destruction.

It's for Him to just remove. It's for you to lay it down, offer it up, sacrifice it.

What do you do when it's not you?

I'm sitting this morning and realizing how we make it about ourselves when we feel we're being treated unfairly. Then I think that the entire Bible points to Jesus and not once did He make it about Himself. He always pointed the finger to the Father and asked the Father's will be done.
