Legendary Creature - Podcast

Do I really need to own a small, cute, loving, yet useless dog? No, but I love having him around anyway. What about cards? Are there cards in our decks that are just as vestigial to our decks as our pets are to our families? Probably! So let's explore those cards. We'll throw out a few of our pet cards and a bunch of cards that you patrons threw our way too. Maybe we'll even find a few useful pets along the way. God forbid my dog bring me the newspaper or a weird magic card actual do something for my game. ----------------------------------- Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/legendarycreature YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/legendarycreaturepodcast Discord: https://discord.gg/HWCdzr8 Twitter: @legend_creature ----------------------------------- Intro and outro music artists vary each episode, but comes courtesy of the sexy souls of the following artists: Home – https://home96.bandcamp.com/ Protector 101 – https://protector101.bandcamp.com/ Dan Terminus – https://dan-terminus.bandcamp.com/ Silver Richards – https://silverrichards.bandcamp.com/

Is there a strategy in your playgroup that's out of control? Does it have something to do with graveyards? You can either call the Ghost Busters at 1-800-555-2368 or join us for this week's episode. Andy shares some cards, commanders, and strategies for combating those pesky decks that have run amok in your playgroup by abusing graveyards like some heathen demon worshipping teenagers. ----------------------------------- Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/legendarycreature YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/legendarycreaturepodcast Discord: https://discord.gg/HWCdzr8 Twitter: @legend_creature ----------------------------------- Intro and outro music artists vary each episode, but comes courtesy of the sexy souls of the following artists: Home – https://home96.bandcamp.com/ Protector 101 – https://protector101.bandcamp.com/ Dan Terminus – https://dan-terminus.bandcamp.com/ Silver Richards – https://silverrichards.bandcamp.com/

We may not know your name. But we will tech your deck. Andy takes on the patron deck of the month and goes through Rashmi, Eternities Crafter. He explores preserving the core of a deck and trying to get it to where it has the capacity to win more consistently. The will of the patron council has spoken and turns out you sick-o's like to get in on our therapy sessions. Join us as Kyle and Andy wander into the perilous space of talking about the subjective impact of tutors and the power levels people operate with when they come to the table. This man is delusional. Get him out of here. Or bring him on in to explain this convoluted nuclear reactor of a deck. Andy explores taking artifacts and a building deck with a big enough cross-section in its Venn diagram to create a mega deck capable of being piloted by commanders with different objectives. Andy explains his Slobad, Goblin Tinkerer deck and creates a build with enough cross over to modulate into an Emry, Lurker of the Loch deck. Check out our Patreon page. We're getting into a deep dive commander theme: legends that give you 1/1 tokens for jumping through their hoop. Kyle then shares an enchantment build for Alela that is ready to punish your opponents for entering this Ferngully. Kyle then takes a listener's idea for Kykar and adds his own twist to the build. With our hamster ancestry and elderberry scent, we ride into glorious adventure, hopeful that no beast with really sharp teeth shall fall upon us. In the end, we shall vanquish our foe and their spark of life shall be smothered in shite. Join us as Andy unpacks his build for Syr Konrad, the Grim. Kyle then side-steps Syr Gwyn to see if he can use all our newly acquired knights to turn his Sylvia and Khorvath deck into a Knight tribal deck. Our transportation turned into a pumpkin. Our romantic interests turned into frogs. Apples do NOT keep the doctor away. Lakes hold great mystery and danger. The magic cards we want are hidden in gamble packages. And Wizards of the Coast made us a gigantic sandwich—and you're wondering what we're going to do with that sandwich. Throne of Eldraine is once upon this time. And that means another set review. Andy and Kyle review all the legends, break down the set, and try to make the product understandable. Join us and see if we can do it all before the clock strikes midnight. ----------------------------------- Come watch us actually play commander and check out AP's lore videos on our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/legendarycreaturepodcast Find the podcast on Spotify, iTunes, Stitcher, Google Podcasts or wherever you grab your RSS feeds.
