2x Games athlete and recent Champion, Clay Corwin, of the 70+ Age Group at the Legends Championship joins Warren to discuss his long history of CrossFit and Fitness in general. This episode of the Legends and Masters Podcast turns the tables and has Dave Powell (Guest Episode 4 and 27), interviewing Warren.  Warren tells his fitness story that began in College and continued through his military service.  Warren began CrossFit in 2013 as a way of staying strong as he aged so he could care for his son Anthony, who had Becker Muscular Dystrophy.  You will hear about his rise in 2024 to the CrossFit Games and his experience at the Games.  Warren also touches on his competition at Legends this past December, the support he has received from his beautiful wife and local CrossFit communiy along the way, as well as his plans for 2026 and beyond.
