In today’s episode of the Coach and Coordinator Podcast, Keith Grabowski is joined by Jeff Steinberg, head coach at Beaumont High School in California. Prior to taking over at Beaumont in 2018, Steinberg served as the head coach at Rancho Verde, where he posted a 33-8 record over three seasons that included back-to-back CIF-SS semifinal appearances in 2015 and 2016 and a Division 3 title in 2017. Grabowski and Coach Steinberg discussed how he made that transition and ways he supports multisport athletes in the program.
