Lesson 154: Humans Are Fallible
Well, you might not like this but we all know it: people will disappoint you. The thing about being human is that we are fallible. We are not perfect. We will mess up. So when someone disappoints you rather than lose your shit, sit bad and remind yourself you are dealing with a human being and they are fallible. It's ok. It sucks but you can't lose your head because someone that promised to show up didn't.
PROMPT: When was the last time you were disappointed? What happened? How did you handle it?

Lesson 153: Know When To Be A Don'ter
In the film, Pain, and Gain, there's a scene where a "guru" says there are two types of people: doers and don't'ers. If you haven't seen the film, be sure to check it out. Anyway, we should take opportunities as they show up. They don't always come. However, we need to know when to say no. Not just say no but actually mean it and stick to it. Remember, the cost of the things you do are the things you didn't do. So if you say no to something, you get the opportunity to say yes to something else.
PROMPT: What are you not a "don'ter" for (basically, what won't you not do)?

Lesson 152: Create Functional Routines
Routines make your life a lot easier. When you find a routine that works for you, stick to it and if the current routine you have isn't working for you, change it. When you have a routine that works, it's almost like clockwork; things just appear to fall in place. Routines, good routines, are your friends.
PROMPT: Do you have any routines for your morning and/or night? If yes, what are they? If no, why not?

Lesson 151: Know Your Privilege
Privilege gets tossed around a lot these days and you know what, rightly so. However, we need to all take some time to think of the privilege we might have. Yes, some will have way more privilege than others but if you do take time and you see you have some kind of privilege, you need to use that knowledge when you navigate life especially with others that do not enjoy that privilege.
PROMPT: What privileges do you have? How can you use it for the benefit of the less privileged?

Lesson 150: Anger = Fear
More often than not, when someone is angry, it's because they are afraid of something. So when someone is angry at you, rather than engage that anger, try to figure out what they are afraid of. This goes for you too: when you feel that anger bubbling, take a step back and ask, what are you really afraid of?
PROMPT: What were you really afraid of the last time you were angry?

Lesson 149: Don't Knock Their Beliefs
Belief is a powerful thing and we dig deeper into our beliefs when others try to convince us otherwise. If you have facts to back why the belief is wrong, don't mock the person's belief. Listen to them. Try to understand where they are coming from. If you want to, share the facts but do it for fact's sake not because you want to change their beliefs.
PROMPT: What are some odd beliefs a loved one has that you let lie?

Lesson 148: Take Care Of Your Body
We have only one body as long as we live on this planet so we should do all we can to take good care of it. We know what is good for us and we should make sure we do that. Don't follow trends, do what is right for you.
PROMPT: Mention one thing you have done to take care of your body today?

Lesson 147: Spoil Loved Ones
If you love them, spoil them. Don't you love being spoiled? I sure love it. Here's the thing though, when it comes to spoiling people, make sure you are giving them what they want not what you would like them to have. I mean if you want to give them something you think they'd like, make sure that's a super educated choice.
PROMPT: What was the last thing you did to spoil a loved one?

Lesson 146: Know When To Keep Going
One step. Then the next. And the next. And on and on. The only way to get to your goal is to keep going. Push through the obstacles. Stay on the right path and keep going. Storms. Waves. Hail. Keep going. Is your goal important? Well then, you have to keep going, one foot in front of the other till you accomplish that goal.

Lesson 145: Know When To Quit
Sometimes we might feel quitting is a bad thing but you know what? That isn't true. There are things we need to quit and we are better for it. We just have to be willing to quit at the right time and that is where the problem can come up. If we quit early then we might end up not learning something important in the process. If we do too a
