Everyone feels insecure at times. In fact, this is something that comes up in my sessions with clients fairly frequently. So when a listener requested this topic, it seemed fitting. 

This short meditation invites you to take a few minutes to acknowledge any insecurities you may be experiencing, reflect on any useful information you may gain from them, and to then release any insecure thoughts you may be experiencing. This guided, mini meditation leaves you with a powerful affirmation that you can carry with you into your day.
