Why is it so hard to let things go? Memories, grudges, relationships, jobs, and narratives about ourselves. We hold on because it feels safe, familiar, certain, and who knows maybe if we hang in there it will get better. I'm proposing a different way, what if we accepted and therefore released it all, the suffering, the history, the memories so we could create space for what is coming.
