Captain Larry Credle and his son Cliff hosted Let's Do Lunch! on The Lady Jane, a family vessel named after Credle's mom and Cliff's grandmother. All kinds of exotic sea creatures were caught up in the net; some were thrown back such as sea turtles and stingrays, horseshoe crab, and puffer fish. But the shrimps met their fate with Cliff's quick twist, offing the head; a trick he mastered when he was 9.
