When I was told I would likely never conceive naturally again, my fertility journey became centered around my diagnosis, labs, medications, procedures, and thoughts about IVF.
But what about everything happening between those appointments?
In this episode, we’re talking about why your diagnosis is only one piece of your fertility story and the everyday habits that may also play a role in supporting your body.
I’m sharing three things that became priorities for me:
Taking my circadian rhythm and sleep seriously
Stopping the cycle of blindly taking fertility supplements
Learning to understand and prioritize cervical mucus
These things didn’t replace medical care; they worked alongside it.
Because I don't believe every woman needs IVF, and I don't believe every woman can avoid IVF. But I do believe every woman deserves to understand what she can influence before assuming she’s out of options.
Your diagnosis is part of your story. It doesn't have to be the entire story.
