Here at LETS GET INTO IT we decided to try something new and provide our listeners with our monthly REPORT. REPORT is an acronym for: Reading, Excited, Practicing, Obsessing, Recommending, and Traveling. At the end of each month Sarah & Katrina will provide their REPORT and encourage you all to send along yours!

On this week’s episode of LETS GET INTO IT we discuss aging gracefully with regard to our birthday celebrations. There once was a time - and we encourage this for our younger listeners - when we did the most. We celebrated for a month, dinners with multiple groups of people, bottle service and a section at the club, shots, etc. Do it while you can because let us tell you, once you hit your early mid 30s, it will all change. You will become more intentional, more chill, more okay with doing the least vs doing the most. So live it up for your birthday this year, whether that be a rager at the hottest club or an intimate dinner. It’s your birthday, you can do what you want to!

On this week’s episode of LETS GET INTO IT we discuss the unexpected comments/questions surrounding a new bride-to-be and groom-to-be during wedding planning. Whether it be close friends or family, people you’ve lost touch with, or people you didn’t realize you were ever that close with to begin with, the things Katrina & Trev have been asked are a bit shocking! Let’s take it a step backwards as well, in a relationship, being asked when will you move in together? When will you have kids? Etc Even if the questions are coming from a good place… they can be inappropriate. The audacity!! Tune in & share your stories in the comments!

On this week's episode of LETS GET INTO IT, your hosts dive into the topic of Trauma; specifically, trauma that is all too often dismissed. Being told you shouldn't experience certain emotions, being overly criticized on how you do things, and/or not being seen or heard are all forms of trauma we discuss on this episode.

It’s a common statement “spring cleaning." And, in most respects, it’s directly correlated with actually cleaning your home, prepping for the summer months to come, etc. On this episode of LETS GET INTO IT, Sarah & Katrina dive into another version of spring cleaning - that of your mind and emotional spaces. These need the same amount - if not more - of time and care that you give your home. Hoping for changes this season? Clear out some space and make a positive environment to welcome the newness that spring brings!

In our last episode of Women's History Month, we are SO thrilled to revisit one of our favorite episodes featuring Storm, on this week’s episode of LETS GET INTO IT.
While building her brand as a female DJ, Storm really had to be OUTSIDE to put in the extra hours supporting her local promoters and fellow DJs in order to expand her network. After networking, many late nights, classes and more - she earned her role as a headlining DJ making it all worth it… and she’s now DJing across the globe! In addition to DJing, she recently graduated with a degree in PreLaw AND finds time for self care! Tune in to hear how Storm the DJ does it all!
