Am I crazy? Why does life feel so hard? Is this normal? Is this “genetic?” Am I okay? Will I be "like this" forever?!
I asked questions like this for 35 years, and they led me to some surprising (and amazing) personal answers.
From 5 to 35, I suffered from anxiety, an eating disorder, depression, burnout, and a crushing existential dread. I had no idea these issues were not only connected, but CREATED by energetic imbalances that I could heal (mostly) myself.
It turns out, our mental health isn’t just “mental” - it’s metaphysical. In the West, we aren’t taught the core truth: everything is energy. If we stop looking for symptom relief and start looking after our internal energy, our mental health completely changes.
Through the course of this podcast, I’ll talk about what this has meant in my personal journey, and how Eastern wisdom has transformed (and saved) my mental health.
In this episode, I talk about:
- The back-to-back issues I faced when I didn’t know what “mental health” really was
- What “metaphysical” means, and why it’s the cornerstone to inner peace
- Why the Western idea of “mental health” is backwards
- How this podcast can help you help yourself
I’m not a mental health expert. I’m an expert at being a human with mental health questions, and a seeker who’s found my own answers. I want to share them with you.
Join me on this journey - we’re in it together, and it gets to be easier than you thought.
