November 15, 2024 13. "Soul School": 5 key lessons for a happy life on Earth.
Earth is not just a physical realm but a school for souls, where every experience is a lesson designed to help us grow. From relationships to the way we perceive time, we're here to learn — if we choose to.
In this episode, we'll discuss:
- Soul School Philosophy: Life isn’t random—every moment is part of a larger curriculum.
- Lesson #1: There is no objective reality. The idea of being born “lucky” or “unlucky” only exists if you define success through a limited lens. True growth lies beyond material wealth and societal standards.
Lesson #2: We're here to Love. Love is the frequency we came here to attune to. But love isn’t attachment—it’s not about sacrifice or clinging. True love is higher, allowing for space, distance, and even self-protection when needed.
Lesson #3: Relationships are teachers. We gravitate toward people who are meant to teach us, just as we teach them. Every connection, whether temporary or lifelong, holds purpose in our soul’s growth.
Lesson #4: Time isn't "real." We often measure success by the amount of time spent in situations or with people. But time doesn’t equate to quality, and holding on too long can delay important lessons.
Lesson #5: Letting go is how you grow. Growth comes not just from letting go of people, but also from releasing our attachment to how we think life “should” be. Surrendering to the flow of life allows for true expansion.
Once we realize that we're here to learn our curriculum, we remove the resistance that keeps us from seeing the truth: we're actually here to be *happy.*

In this episode, we dive into a damaging lie that many of us have heard: “It’s because I love you.” This phrase is well-intentioned, but causes us to grow up confused about what love is. This confusion can actually harm us, so it’s key that we learn how to heal.

Love Hertz: Love is not something you do—it’s a frequency you attune to. The frequency of Love is 528 Hz, which promotes healing and harmony.

“Worried Sick”: Worrying isn’t an act of love—it’s actually a vibration of fear (4 Hz), which can negatively affect the person you're worried about.

Ho’oponopono Healing: How the Hawaiian spiritual practice of Ho’oponopono can heal relationships by clearing emotional blocks and aligning our spiritual, mental, and emotional bodies.

The lives we create come directly from our backpacks of belief. These are packed immediately - like, as soon as we arrive on Earth - and we carry them into adulthood. We don't even know what's in there. We just wonder why life feels so heavy.

Most of us are carrying backpacks full of banana peels, because we’ve never been taught to clean them out. We can't thrive that way, or even create stable mental health. THE GOOD NEWS IS: you aren't stuck with the backpack somebody packed for you.
