I'm Michele Vilseck, a group fitness instructor, motivational speaker, coach, and professional brain organizer. And, after struggling with major digestive issues that had me down to eating only 5 foods (talk about restrictive) ...and overeating for 15 plus years with no hope of "recovery"... I finally dug my way out! After 20 years of figuring, it out on my own, I've boiled down the best healing and brain-training techniques into a 4-part system I use to help my clients lose a consistent 2lbs per week, and END the struggle with food, for good. She joined me this week to tell me more.

Currently, 72% of U.S. adults say they have a "great deal" or a "fair amount" of trust in their local government, compared with 63% who say the same about their state government. That's down slightly from 10.6 in August. The number of unemployed people in Windsor area remains 4,100 higher than pre-pandemic according to CBC News. Josh Bolton was born in the early 90s, pre-Google search, and all, and the Internet was still working out the kinks. However, Bolton, still remembers floppy disks as an elementary school kid. “I've watched technology grow from brick size phones to slim Smart Phones. I bring it specifically up because when I was a young child at the school, I had ADHD. But pre-2002 on it was no "politically correct" or emotional support systems. With ADHD, it was perceived as schizophrenic, and I started a long rabbit hole of taking drugs. Big Pharma was keeping me under the boot. In March 2019, I finally broke free of the Big Pharma regime of drugs. During this time, I was a curious kid that constantly asks questions others didn't often ask. I couldn't understand why no one wouldn't speak up. I still don't know that answer.” Bolton joined me this week, to tell me more about his interesting life’s journey and to dive deeper into his Podcast he hosts called the Josh Bolton show.
