Children worldwide aren't getting enough exercise. A report by the World Health Organization concludes 80 percent of children between the ages of 11 and 17 aren't physically active enough. Callen McGibbon is determined to reverse this troubling trend. He’s the founder of REPerformance. REPerformance aims to provide the opportunity to excel in sport and life through fitness. “We provide a all-in-one physical activity platform to educators. Our goal is to uncover what motivates the long-term application of physical activity. There is no one size fits all routine to consistent exercise. The pivotal element is connecting curiosity with consistent action.” He joined me this week to tell me more.

As a coach your No. 1 objective is to develop leaders, instill character and equip your players with the tools to succeed in all aspects of life. Well for coach Jim Johnson for the last 30 years he’s devoted himself to being a servant leader. Coach Johnson has developed winning high-school basketball teams for 30 years, taking over three losing varsity programs and turning them into winners in short periods of time. Of his 428 career victories, one will surely never be duplicated.
On Feb. 15, 2006, Coach Johnson made the kind-hearted gesture of inserting his autistic manager, Jason McElwain, now known to the world as J-Mac into Greece Athena High School’s final home game, which the Trojans won 79-43. J-Mac scored 20 points in just over four minutes, including six three-point baskets, to become an instant national celebrity. Coach Johnson, also, was featured in major news outlets around the country.

“I don’t believe in equality. Equality is something we have to get to, to get something better. People must be judged on there merits”
-- Stephen Bates
After starting my first business as a Physiotherapist a little over 27 years ago, I noticed something strange… 40% of my clients didn't take my advice. This really puzzled me and I became fascinated with why people wouldn't help themselves get better. If so many people sabotage themselves when they are in acute physical pain; when and where else do they do it? The answer is everywhere; people self-sabotage in all areas of their life. This massively damages the results of business and individuals alike. I love helping people get out of their own way, especially Business Owners, Leaders and Entrepreneurs. The fastest way to improve performance is to unblock the performance that is not being used. I have helped thousands of clients across the globe over the last 20+ years since founding Certain Change Ltd in 2002. I am the creator of the Alpha Programme, the Certain Change Programme and Co-Founder of Tech Leaders and Retention Booster. Bates joined me this week to tell me more.
