If your loved one with dementia was an organized person BEFORE dementia, they will still appreciate organization AFTER their diagnosis.  Disorganization might make them irritable.

Don't forget?  But this is a show about dementia?

I am happy to share with you a recipe by "thevegansclub."  It is for Freezer Cookie Dough Bites, but I have chosen to call them "Happy Freezer Cookie Balls."  And, get this, they are good for you! I am limiting myself to one day!  Here is the recipe. (I changed the sweetener in this recipe to monk fruit with erythritol.)

2 tablespoons ground flax seed mixed with 1/4 cup water

1/3 cup monk fruit with erythritol

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

14 cup almond milk

1 1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 cup oat flour

1/4 cup cacao  chips

Soak the flax seed in water and set aside.  Combine remaining ingredients.  Add in flax seed.  Scoop 1 heaped tablespoon onto a parchment lined baking sheet.  Repeat until all the batter is gone.  Freeze.  Store in a ziploc back in the freezer.  YUM!
