She has a huge passion for women’s health, kicking off her career as a personal trainer helping women navigate training in the gym. She transitioned into Exercise Physiology after realising how many women’s health conditions were holding her clients back from achieving their health and fitness goals. She love all things women’s health but has an exceptional love for pelvic health care, focusing on all things pelvic floor helping women navigate chronic pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction and health conditions such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS and infertility.

Today's episode is with Krystal Lippold. Krystal was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis, after a suspected appendix rupture. She's since undergone seven excision surgeries and has also been diagnosed with adenomyosis and interstitial cystitis. Krystal had her daughter Amelia, via an emergency cesarean three years ago, and has since had a full hysterectomy at the age of 30. Despite her health struggles, Krystal is passionate about making a difference. Since working for herself for a number of years, creating gorgeous candles, Krystal has recently re-launched her business to The Endo Essentials, a curated range of essentials for endo warriors, aiming to bring awareness and change around endometriosis.
