I've always been mystified by just how angry some sellers get just because they received a letter or a postcard. You're just offering to help them, but some folks aren't happy.

I can truthfully say I rarely get one of those calls. But when I do, I've learned how to turn the call around.

I can't believe that I've made it to 100 shows. To tell you the truth, I never thought I would love podcasting this much.

In today's show, I want to share 20 things I've learned from doing 100 podcasts.

I've learned so much about investors and about this business that I love. I also want to share with you the many benefits of having a podcast. (It's easier than you think.

Here's what I know for sure: There is no one "right way" to do this business.

The business you start will not be the business you end up with, and that's the way it's supposed to work.

Pay attention to marketing (it's your #1 job), build your brand along the way, and always give more than you take.

It's a long journey so take some time along the way to enjoy it!
