Most entrepreneurs I work with think that a leveraged program, like groups and masterminds, are so automated, impersonal, cookie-cutter that all client intimacy goes out the window.
They think that if they shift into a 1:many model, they're not only sacrificing client customization and intimacy, but that their workload will also multiply in order for them to keep up.
I think it's important to understand that the front load effort for the long term outcome, is worth it. When you KNOW that you're building a scalable model and that the initial effort out, is temporary, the long term reward is worth it. We call this GROWTH mindset or FORWARD thinking. It's looking BEYOND today, this week, this month and even this year, and looking at the long term of your efforts.
Many entrepreneur remain in a 1:1 model that ties them to their calendar, their desks, and the phone and become the soul bottleneck in their business...all while bigger impact and income opportunities pass by.
