Not closing as many sales calls as you'd like?
When I talk to entrepreneurs about their sales success, I typically hear 1 of 2 things.
1. I am having lot's of great conversations, but they're not converting or
Regardless of where you fall into this spectrum, wanting more calls on your calendar, or wanting more of the calls you're having to close and end with less objections, there are SPECIFICALLY 4 things that need to happen to increase conversions. You don't always have to have MORE conversations (in some cases you do, depending on your goals) but more often than not...
...you need to learn how to convert more of the calls you are having so that you're not always NEEDING more and more calls to maintain.
On today's episode, I am sharing what those 4 things are that if you take these 4 things, apply them to your very next sales calls, you'll see an increase in YESES.
Finding premium clients isn't about strategy or convincing people to want to buy your programs or work with you.
A premium client holds a VERY specific mentality and set of characteristics that are REQUIRED for any human to create a viable profitable business.
In order to sign premium clients, you must know what those requirements are, and how to help your audience tap into them and become the person they need to be to achieve the level of results they want.
This also requires a VERY masterful sales skill set. Most entrepreneurs think they can 'learn' sales, but sales is not a strategy. It is a skill set. A very powerful one. A skill that once you have, no one can ever take from you and can be applied across the board, in everything you do.
On this weeks podcast, I talk about my client criteria and what require of my clients and the reasoning behind WHY I do sales the way that I do them so that I am always and only attracting and signing premium clients into my programs.
People say they want things all the time.
...I want more money
But when it comes down to DOING what is required to receive that thing, they make excuses, distract themselves, and self-sabotage.
You're not going to receive or achieve ANYTHING without putting in the work. Taking the risks. Making the hard decisions. Taking the scary steps.
This ^^ this is why 90% of entrepreneurs don't make it.
They are more in love with the IDEA of what they say they want, than actually HAVING what they say they want and so they won't do what 10% of us do to get it.
On today's episode, I talk about identifying your TRUE goals, and then how to align your mindset and your actions to attain those goals, while eliminating ones that might not truly be yours.
We talk a lot about strategy and sales, but this week, we're diving into some infrastructure and systems that are required for a healthy scalable and profitable business that is viable, and thrives no matter the economy and can stand the test of time. A true recession-proof business.
Many entrepreneurs have 'symptoms' that they relate to as 'problems' but when we get to the ROOT of the TRUE problem, those symptoms begin to dissolve naturally.
Tune in to today's episode where I dive into those 3 Key Elements to true scale.
When I first started coaching over 10 years ago, I was told by a few very influential leaders in the industry that the only way I would ever have enough clients or make any amount of money worth talking about...
...was that I had to be in the feed every hour.
If my audience didn't see me in their news feed every hour, I would never be visible enough to make it.When I first started coaching over 10 years ago, I was told by a few very influential leaders in the industry that the only way I would ever have enough clients or make any amount of money worth talking about...
...was that I had to be in the feed every hour.
If my audience didn't see me in their news feed every hour, I would never be visible enough to make it.
Okay...so I fell into the trap and did this for an entire YEAR!
Can you imagine? Single Mom with 2 toddlers at home creating and sharing 1 piece of content every hour on several social platforms??
It made me crazy. I couldn't keep up, obviously, and I wasn't even getting many clients from it anyway. They said, keep going...
I totally squashed that myth and created a NEW content strategy.
On today's podcast episode, I'm sharing my Converting Content Strategy. The way I do content different - and no, it does NOT include creating 50+ pieces of content each week either.
I started my coaching business about 10 years ago with a 1:1 coaching program. It was a 3 month coaching program that I charged $500 for (TOTAL!). Can you imagine? And I offered a payment plan! I needed to have so many clients just to create $2,000 per month, which if I’m being totally honest, didn’t even pay the bills.
I hit massive burnout. I was turning clients away. I was working from dusk to dawn. If I wasn’t on a coaching call, I was on a sales call for my coaching program. I began creating a waitlist. My family was completely fed up with how much I was working.
And to top it all off…I still wasn’t hitting my monthly income goals because I PHYSICALLY couldn’t take on the clients required, without getting sick.
So something had to change. Obviously, I couldn’t ignore the reality that 1:1 was not a long game strategy. I couldn't ignore that there was PHYSICALLY no way possible that I could do this long term if I wanted to have a life or remain sane.
So I decided that I would create a group program. Something that was the same as the things I had been helping my clients with inside my 1:1, but more group focused vs 1:1 focused.
I made a TON of mistakes.
On today's podcast episode, I'm sharing When, why, and how I moved out of a 1:1 business model, into a 1:many business model and how you can do this successfully if a group program is a business model on your radar.
Think you have to lower your prices to get your audience to buy?
Think you have to serve and speak to everyone to get clients?
Think you need a bunch of different offers so there's something for everyone?
Does all this ^^ make marketing and content creation REALLY hard?
Does all this ^^ make sales even harder?
On today's episode, I'm sharing the 4 things I have my clients focus on IMMEDIATELY upon working with me, to get dreamy clients quickly, with the audience they've already built up.

Making the wrong decision
The one thing we love the most, self expression, creativity, freedom...can also be the one thing that feels the most crippling.
