Let's stop asking the wrong questions.
Recently, Steven Bartlett, host of The Diary of a CEO, asked, "Has feminism created lonely, broken men?" But that's not the conversation we need to be having. The problem isn't feminism. The problem is that we've built a society that devalues care, connection, and community.
Feminism did what it was supposed to do. It opened doors. It demanded choice. But it was never designed to fix everything. And now, in 2025, we're suffering from a deeper failure, one that affects everyone, not just men or women: we are lonely, disconnected, and spiritually unwell.
We have inherited a system that values productivity over presence. A society that measures success by what you earn, not how you live. In this system, care work, especially parenting, is seen as a burden, not a contribution. But here's the truth: nothing in this world matters more than the people we raise and the relationships we cultivate.
I reject the idea that raising a child is a "pause" in your career. It's not a break. It's the work of building a future. And no one should have to do it alone.
When Stephen Bartlett was asked if he'd take three years off to raise a child, he said no. And no one pushed back. But that's not even the right question. The better question is: How do we build a life where raising children, building businesses, and being in community coexist?
This is not about feminism going too far. This is about capitalism not going far enough to include care, healing, and relationships as pillars of a functioning society.
We keep reinforcing the myth of independence, forgetting the sacred power of interdependence. And in doing so, we raise individuals, not families.
It's time to talk about love again, and not the romanticized version. I'm talking about the messy, vulnerable, essential kind of love that builds families, sustains communities, and makes us truly human.
Let's teach it. Let's practice it. Let's rebuild our systems around it.
Because the loneliness epidemic isn't a trend.
It's the spiritual wound of our time.
And it's time to heal it together.Let's Keep This Conversation Going

This is not just a story about service, it's about becoming whole in the face of adversity. It's about showing up for your child when they need you, not your wallet. And it's about remembering that love isn't weakness; it's a strategy.

Sunday. Monologue....
In this soul-deep episode of Let’s Talk, Coach Che Marville confronts one of life’s quiet truths: our childhood never really leaves us—it lives in our nervous system, our relationships, and our silence.
But what happens when we hit midlife and begin to feel the weight of everything we’ve been carrying?
Through storytelling, reflection, and the grounded insights of trauma expert Dr. Gabor Maté, Che guides us through the invisible architecture of childhood—and the deep work of unlearning in adulthood.
This episode is a love letter to survivors, seekers, and anyone who’s ever wondered why it still hurts, even decades later.
Why childhood shapes more than memory—it shapes identity
The truth about trauma: it’s what happens inside us
Why midlife is often the first time we feel safe enough to break down
How to begin unlearning the lies and reclaiming your voice
What it means to speak the unspeakable—and be free
We underestimate how childhood wires our beliefs and self-worth
Trauma is internalized, not just experienced
Midlife is the sacred turning point—it’s the invitation to heal
You don’t have to carry what was never yours to begin with
Choosing to heal is choosing yourself
“Your story didn’t end in childhood. It started there.
And now, in midlife, you get to rewrite it, on your terms.”
If this spoke to your soul, don’t keep it to yourself.

Let's talk. Let's rise. Let's reimagine what's possible together.
Are we losing ourselves in the age of artificial intelligence? In this thought-provoking solo episode, Coach Che Marville explores how rapid technological disruption erodes our attention, identity, and ability to connect. While AI accelerates everything around us, many feel more isolated, anxious, and disconnected from what matters.
Che unpacks how reclaiming your attention, rebuilding intimacy, and returning to presence is not just healing, it's revolutionary. This is a soulful reflection on what AI can't replace: the power of breath, human touch, love, and authentic connection.

Why do we keep giving the mic to provocateurs, only to ask the same tired questions? In this episode, Coach Che Marville challenges the mainstream narrative surrounding a controversial interview between Piers Morgan and Lilly Gaddis, a self-proclaimed defender of white grievance and free speech.
But Che isn't here to debate who can say what word. She's asking something deeper.
👉 What does it do for you to say it?
👉 Who are you trying to hurt?
👉 What does freedom mean to you—beyond your right to offend?
As hate continues to masquerade as "free speech," this conversation asks what we're really afraid to confront: not just the words, but the deeper wounds, the unhealed histories, and the strange addiction to division.
Che explores why young culture warriors sound more regressive than progressive—and why rage, clicks, and algorithms seem to win over truth and healing.
🧠 It's 2025. If we still have the same conversations about race, power, and identity, maybe it's time to ask new, better, real questions.
