Creating habits is more than meeting goals. It's keeping promises to yourself in baby step, actionable ways.
Your goal is to be healthier, what is ONE baby step to get there? Drinking one glass of water every day or even three times a week!
You want to have better time management? Practice on a focused task for 90 mins twice a week. Working on a project, doing laundry, running errands, cleaning out that closet...
You want to start exercising? Move your body for 15 mins per day.
ACTION creates GROWTH! Your habits can always be adjusted, and should be! Your habits are for YOU!
It doesn't have to be complicated. The outcome doesn't have to be perfect! Maybe you need less days, or a smaller baby step. The important things is getting started and making genuine efforts.
