In part 2 of my personal journey, I dive into my exercise dependency and how I abused this form of movement to maintain my weight. However, after realizing my mental health was being sacrificed in the process, I decided to purposefully gain weight in order to fully heal my relationship with food and my body. I speak on how I now live my life, one filled with happiness, fulfillment, and genuine self love and how I realistically got to this place, so that YOU can too.
