How can you expect anyone to follow you if they don't know where you're going? 

BUT worse than that, if YOU don't know where you're going.

I see it all of the time, especially on social media....confusing messages, content out of their branding, etc etc

It's time to get REALLY clear and concise on your message, on your brand, and the path that you want others to follow.

Emotional Intelligence is defined as the ability to understand, use, and manage your own emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges and defuse conflict.

It's one of my FAVORITE topics and I love learning about it and continuing to better myself in this area.

3. Motivation
4. Empathy
5. Social Skills

If you are lacking emotional intelligence, you will not be a successful leader.

I hear this WAY TOO often in Network Marketing...."I just want to tell them about the product" 

And guess what? 

I LOVE my customers....BUT I want to build a team, I want to go fast, I want to GROW! 

And the path to that is building a team of distributors who are doing the same.

Rob Sperry says there are 3 phases, the learner, the lifestyle, and the legacy....this was an eye opener for me recently. 

I'm ready to move into the legacy phase, and to do so I need to become a leader of leaders. 

Today I'm going to go through 10 traits of a leader. Grab a pen and notebook, write these down and rate yourself 1-10 of each trait. Do an audit and see where you need improvement.

Do you tend to lack follow through? 

Forget to do what you say you will do? 

I see it ALL of the time...people don't return calls, texts, like hello?! Take my money!!!

But follow through is so important and it helps show you are committed, reliable, obedient, and it even gives you satisfaction.
