Sometimes we are so afraid to move to a better position out of fear of looking like we don't know what we are doing. I used to have to tell people all the time while teaching Kung fu, if you can't see, move, it is funny how this line has now become a metaphor I use all the time.

Today we choose the winners of the free tickets to the 'Your local Well-Being Event. We decided to give everyone who entered 2 free tickets along with the winner who got 4 free tickets.

I love to find out why people do what they do, why they react the way they do and how they feel about that. The best way to know how someone feels is to ask them, you can assume what ever you want but asking is the only real way of finding out.

When thinking about improving your life make sure you don't just think of what you don't want, make sure to add what you do want. This gives you more motivation to do what needs to be done.

Make sure when you are looking after everyone you don't end up hurting yourself.

Do you watch and read motivational things and feel pumped but then do nothing? Who will admit what they are below?

Tonight I had the pleasure of being on stage with some amazing people, they all took to the stage with excitement and pride, you could tell they all loved it and because they were loving it the audience loved it too. Well done to all of you, you should be very proud of yourselves, a big shout out to Kathy for knocking it out of the park.

Today I spoke with Steve about magic and how everything we see can be magical. I have taken this idea into my every day client work, trying to get people to look differently at everything and to look for the magic.

Sometimes a project gets to a place where it will go faster if you just take a step back from it for a while. That's what I did today and now I feel excited about doing it again tomorrow.
