Find the good in whatever situation you find yourself in, when you do this with the small things it makes it easier for the bigger things.

Yesterday I had the pleasure hanging out with the guys at State of the Art Tattoo in Dungannon. The reason it was a pleasure was because of how passionate all the guys were, watching them work was incredible. The more time you spend with passionate people the more chance you will spark your own passion.

When making a goal you have to remember to actually see yourself achieving it, not just the end where you have achieved. Seeing the work towards the goal is key in getting it.

We often hold ourselves back when we don't even have all the information at hand.

Sometimes when you work on growing yourself, you out grow your environment, your circle and most importantly your chains.

It can take more than one lesson before we learn the outcome.

I get asked this a lot, people seem to think because everything I do and all my pass times are related to what I do for a living, that i never switch off. Listen is to hear what I do to fully switch off.

When I put out content my aim is to help at least one person, sometimes I'm told that I did and sometimes I'm not. For me its enjoyable to do what I do so either way I will continue to do it.

if you can get fully engaged with your goal you will never achieve it. The goal has to match with your core beliefs.
