Powerful book that all should read/listen to

Half way through this book we have this sentence."We are living in a sobering moment in history that calls us, as believers in Jesus Christ, to take a stand with Israel." As Christians we are called to take a stand on all sorts of issues. Today, in these times of "political correctness" people are too afraid to speak the truth for fear they are going to be called names and labelled with one of the many labels the Left has for conservative people.

In this book, Bill covers all sorts of subjects that Christians should be taking a stand about. We should not be sitting idly by and watching our nation being taken to hell by the people who want to destroy it. We should speak up and blow the Trumpet. Bill comprehensively speaks about issues that few people have the courage to speak about anymore.

Just a regular woman with an encouraging message

It is wonderful to read a book from a person who has a heart for the lost. So many people in the church, play religion and are busy being religious and they don't have any desire or compulsion to reach out to people. Books like these are needed to spur people on and encourage them to share Jesus with the people that they do life with. I love her simple voice in this book. I love the down-to -earth sharing in this story. She is just a regular woman who has a heart for all Christians to reach out and share their faith. I was touched by this and also listened to it as an audio book. The audio book was very clear and easy to listen to.

Definitely a good read!

I liked 7 Simple Steps to Hearing God's Voice (Book One in the Hearing God's Voice Series). But I LOVE Book Two - 7 Roadblocks to Hearing God Speak! The author's transparency in revealing her mind battles is very refreshing. I could really relate to her confessions. Not only does she share the lies she believed, but also, she cites the truth from God's Word to disprove each false belief. It's really an eye-opener. This book provides practical ways to remove the barriers that may hinder communication with God. I am anxious to apply this to my daily Quiet Time with God.
