Dave Reggina does not shy away from how therapy has helped him become a better man, father, and partner. His communication has improved, he leads with more patience, he allows himself to be more vulnerable and emotional, and all of his relationships have improved because of it.
What kind of books would he write if he was an author? Tune in to find out *and* hear a huge announcement.
Dave is a leadership expert, keynote speaker, and Deputy Commissioner in the largest town in Westchester County, NY.
He’s also the co-founder of A.C.E. (Action Cultivates Excellence)—an exclusive, transformative experience for those committed to achieving personal and professional growth. Host of The No Snooze Podcast, a top-ranked show globally on Spotify, Dave speaks directly to high performers seeking more clarity, ownership, and momentum in their lives.
As a teenager, Dave was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, dropping 40 pounds in four months, a diagnosis that ignited his first true leadership journey. He became obsessed with health and wellness—reading books, tracking symptoms, building nutrition plans, and designing his own fitness routines. He was reshaping his life while silently battling body dysmorphia, something he continues to work through today.
His life at home, although rooted in love, was also unpredictable. A near-tragic moment with his mother—a moment where he almost lost her cracked him wide open. That rock-bottom season became the root of his transformation and the foundation for his belief: leadership starts by leading yourself through life’s hardest moments.
At age 26, he became New York State’s youngest appointed Commissioner. He was named a Top 30 Under 30 recipient in 2019 and has been featured in major publications including Yahoo, U.S. Business News, and the Star Tribune. In 2024, he served as a judge for 700 entrepreneurs at Invest Fest in Atlanta, Georgia, helping award the $100,000 Nipsey Hussle Business Grant sponsored by Microsoft, Earn Your Leisure, and The Neighborhood Nip Foundation.
If you know him personally or even just follow him on Instagram, it’s clear out of all his accomplishments and titles, “Dad” to Kali Michelle is by far his favorite which just so happens to be one of my favorite things about him as well. He’s a big, strong, tough looking guy on the outside who has learned the importance of vulnerability and emotional intelligence, and is helping so many others do the same to live a more fulfilled life.

Mary Belle is a wife, mom, author, new podcaster, and lover of food. Since graduating college from the University of Delaware (go Blue Hens!) with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management and then promptly never working in a hotel or restaurant afterwards (sorry Mom & Dad!) her career has spanned eight different industries.
Since deciding to cross "write a book" off her bucket list, she's become an author of contemporary romance, soon to be women's fiction and children's books, and now the host of "Life Actually with Mary Belle."
This show will inspire anyone to chase their dreams regardless of their circumstances, remind moms that life as we know it doesn't stop when we become parents, the importance of surrounding ourselves with good people and solid relationships, and a variety of other feel good topics in shorter bite sizable episodes.
