This week on the podcast I’m talking about how to take better care of all the details of life–making appointments, paying bills, prepping your taxes, keeping your paperwork up to date, your car maintenanced, your communication handled, etc., etc., etc. In other words, I’m talking about adulting. And when I went to research this topic I realized it had a very technical sounding name: life admin. 

Which simultaneously made me feel a mixture of grief and relief--a simultaneous feeling of, no wonder I’ve been feeling the way that I have, and, dang, I guess this is really a thing that must be reckoned with. Let's do it, together.
