Whether it's a quote on instagram, or something your parents have told you all your life, we're constantly bombarded with 'advice' and tips on how to live your best life & achieve your goals. In fact, that's exactly what this very show does itself! So it's not that I'm against offering tips and inspiration to others, I love it! But I do think that some common sayings/beliefs that, although are well intended, may actually be stunting your growth or fulilment in life.
