Okay guys. Summer is coming up, and I KNOW you’ll be partying. And look, I’m not here to tell you NOT to. Consider me your internet big sister, here to give you the best advice that I have to have fun, SAFELY. . I can’t stress to you the importance of this enough. So please, have your fun, but be SMART. . Here are my tipzzz: 1️⃣ Have your most important contacts UPDATED. No guesswork, just have your friends all in ONE place. Maybe out all of your concert friends in a group chat (and keep your phones on and on you), and keep your parents/family members ready to ring at any time. 2️⃣ Have a safety code. As simple as “if you send me any random emoji, I know you need help.” On that note, keep your LOCATION SERVICES ON to the people that you trust. 3️⃣ Stop giving randos your number!!! I’m guilty of this, and I can only speak from a woman’s point of view, but ohmygosh are guys pushy!!! (Im sure women are too). GIVE THEM YOUR SNAPCHAT or something if you want or don’t want to be rude. 4️⃣ For every shot you take, drink 1 glass of water. I don’t care if you have to pee a bunch, it’s better than blacking out. 5️⃣ be REALLY mindful of eating. Eat 3 solid meals a day. It’s SO easy to get distracted by fun and parties and what not, but trust me, you will have a MUCH better time going out and having fun with 3 solid meals. . Do you want a part 2? LET ME KNOW❤️ I am so serious, I’ve BEEN THERE / DONE THAT. I am not here to judge you, I just want you to be safe. Truly. Message me if you want specific advice on your situation. .
