Gladys is what I call my shadow side.

She can be bitchy, grumpy, irritated, judgmental and just a pain in the ass.

I'm learning to live with her and identify when she's taken the wheel. More often than I'd like to admit.

As we explore our shadow side through intentionality and curiosity, we just might come out the other side a better person.

Each of us has a shadow side that springs into action whenever it finds a chink in our armor.

It could show up as pettiness, anger, jealousy, bitterness, self-doubt, meanness or any other "dark" emotion or feeling

Getting to know your shadow side can help you understand your self in a better more compassionate way.
