Holy smokes if I had knew that this life of health struggles would continue most of my life up til, now, at almost 45 years of age I might have said, "NEXT!!".

Getting to the roots by asking the deeper questions is the answer. We live in a temporary solution, immediate results and satisfaction-seeking world. True change comes when we get to the roots. 

An ice bath to the face is only surface level and should only be used for an in the moment. 

The greater question is do you desire to not have anxiety ruling your life or to continue the story and power you feel telling others you have anxiety or you can't do things because of your anxiety.
