Maybe You’re Not Behind | LIFE HAPPENS PODCAST 🎙️❤️
Have you ever looked at your life and wondered, “Am I where I’m supposed to be by now?”
Maybe things haven’t gone according to plan. Maybe you feel like everyone else is moving forward while you’re still trying to figure things out.
In this episode, we’re having an honest conversation about comparison, delayed dreams, unmet expectations, God’s timing, and the pressure to have life figured out by a certain age.
This is your reminder that your journey doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s, and you don’t have to wait for a new year to begin again.
Maybe you’re not behind. Maybe you’re simply becoming.

Season 10, Episode 1 — Silence Is Not Absence
After taking a long break from the mic, I’m finally back and this episode comes from a place of reflection, growth and clarity.
Sometimes silence is misunderstood. People assume something is wrong when you step back, when the truth is that some seasons are meant for quiet growth, private healing and deeper alignment with God. In this episode, I talk about why silence is not always absence, the importance of carrying God along while working toward your goals and the need for more sensitivity and maturity in how we interact with people online.
This conversation is honest, thoughtful and a reminder that not every season needs an explanation.

Welcome back to Life Happens Podcast. 🤍🤍
This episode is one of the most personal I’ve ever recorded and it’s kinda vulnerable too.
As the year comes to an end, I sit with grief, loss, unanswered questions and the weight of saying goodbye too soon. In the space of a few weeks, I lost people I loved deeply and this episode is me choosing honesty over pretending I’m fine.
I talk about the pain of losing good friends, the guilt that sometimes comes with grief, the helplessness of not being able to show up the way you wish you could and what it means to still hold on to faith when your heart is tired.
There are no perfect words here just truth, pauses and real emotions.
If you’ve ever lost someone, struggled to say goodbye, or felt like grief came too fast and too close, this episode is for you. You are not alone.
Press play. Sit with me. Let’s breathe through this together. 🤍
Life happens, mistakes happen and struggle happens. I know that none of those things have the power to define you, unless you let them.
In this deeply personal and vulnerable episode, I open up about some of the struggles I’ve faced like procrastination, shame, unhealthy desires and the weight of carrying battles in silence. I share what it felt like to be stuck, how I hit the wall and the small but intentional steps I took toward healing and growth.
This isn’t just about me. It’s about all of us because we all have that one thing we wrestle with and the thing we hide, the thing we’re afraid makes us unworthy. But here’s the truth: you are not your mistakes, you are not beyond repair and your life is still a beautiful story unfolding.

Life happened to me in ways I never imagined, but I’m here today not just standing, but standing tall. At 33 years old, as a single mother, I graduated with a First Class in Social Work from Babcock University. This journey was filled with delays, tears, whispers and sacrifices, but also with grace, strength and love.
On this comeback episode of LIFE HAPPENS PODCAST, I’m not giving you the polished version, I’m sharing the raw one. The nights I almost gave up, the days I felt too old, the weight of being a mother and a student and the moments when asking for help saved me.
I want you to know this: it’s never too late to start again. Delay is not denial. You are not forgotten. If I could rise, you can too.
Please listen, share and let me know what part of my story touched you the most. Your feedback means so much and I’d love to hear from you.
