This is part of an eleven-day journey of meditations around Boston, as I revisit the places that have been meaningful for me over my past eight years here. Back Bay is the heart of this city for me - from the time I arrived, to the place I was living when I decided I wanted to leave Boston and travel. May this meditation focused on our hearts be of benefit to lead you where you're meant to go. May it be of benefit for you and those around you and beyond. Much love! Connect with me on Instagram to share your experience and takeaways @sarahjgaines.
Please note: These meds are raw, uncut and unedited. Some background noise may be present - I invite you to welcome all sounds as part of the present moment, come back to your breathe as an anchor always.
This is part of an eleven-day journey of meditations around Boston, as I revisit the places that have been meaningful for me over my past eight years here. Columbus Avenue is a street I lived on during my first two years in Boston. It's where I lived when I started Fit University, a health and fitness resource for college students. Today's meditation is centered around conscious creation - our life being the greatest creation of them all. May it be of benefit! This is part of an eleven-day journey of meditations around Boston, as I revisit the places that have been meaningful for me over my past eight years here. Northeastern University is what brought me here - and what I learned today, is that hope was the driving force behind it all. Hope, a feeling of trust.
I hope it is of benefit, I trust that it will be.
With love, Sarah Joy Gaines
