The relationship you have with yourself is simply the thoughts you think about you.
And unfortunately our default thoughts are usually critical, negative and self-doubting...and running through our head 24 hours a day.
In this episode i'll teach you how to think about yourself on purpose so you can transform the relationship you have with you- which will drastically change how you feel, how you experience other relationships, and how you take action and create your life.
So many people are putting their energy into surface- level and then wondering why they are never able to make real change.
But real change requires more than surface level work- it requires a new identity.
And the good news is when we connect to this new identity- the identity that has the results that we want- our actions come easily and naturally.
I'll show show you a simple 3 step process you can use to connect to this identity so you can stop pushing yourself through will power, and step into the version of you who already knows exactly what to do.
When we think of self- care what usually comes to mind is going easy on ourselves- naps, pedicures, and bubble baths.
But what if self- care looked like something completely different?
What if self-care looked like showing up and pushing through, and doing the thing that feels hard in the moment in order to create the result you want in the future?
In this episode we will cover the concept of showing up for yourself as a form of self-care, and i'll walk you through a process of how to know when it's the healthy and aligned choice.
Tired of making New Year's resolutions, only to find a few months in, your motivation dwindling?
In today's episode i'm going to teach you a fun and powerful process called "New Month's Eve".
This is the perfect way to make the excitement and focus last all year long, so you can create bigger results, and a bigger life.
How often do we fall into the trap of "overdoing it" in order to feel better- eating, drinking, shopping...only to that find it only temporarily distracts us from the truth of our life.
In this third and final episode in the How to Feel Better series you'll learn how to differentiate real pleasure from false pleasure, and how to start powerfully creating how you want to feel once and for all.
Do you ever catch yourself thinking "when i get (that thinner body, that new partner, that bigger house, that new job) then i'll be happy"?
The problem is things don't make us happy.
Happiness isn't something you chase, it's something you create.
You don't need to achieve anything more in order to be happy- you can feel better TODAY.
In this second episode of the 3 part series i'll teach you the skill of Thinking On Purpose, and its ability to completely transform how you feel and how you show up to your life.
We all want to feel our best, but getting there can seem challenging.
Many times we're simply focusing on the wrong things in order to make ourselves feel better.
In this special 3 part series i'll be covering 3 Feel Better Myths, as well as 3 Feel Better Skills you can implement to create true and lasting well-being in your life.
In this first part of the series we will discuss how trying to control other people and circumstances never leads to feeling better (and is impossible to do), and how taking responsibility- and focusing on what is in your control is key to feeling better.
We all have a perceived "personality" which are the thoughts and beliefs we carry about ourselves...
But sometimes we let our personality rob us of our full potential.
We often use it as an excuse as to why we are the way we are, or use it against ourselves as a reason why we can't change.
It robs us of seeing creative solutions, and ways to move forward- and becoming someone new.
In this episode we will discuss how your personality doesn't have to define you, and how you can intentionally create new thoughts, beliefs, and perspectives in order to create new results and your best life.
When we live our life with the perspective of "why should I" it keeps us focused on what's happening around us to determine how we will show up and respond...who we will be.
In this week's episode I am offering another option- choosing how you want to be intentionally, regardless of what's happening around you.
When you learn to do this you'll be focused on what is in your control- who you want to be, how you want to feel, and what you want to create in your life.
We are bombarded with so much information, and so many options and choices on an every day basis- which can make life feel a little overwhelming.
But even with all of these options it can feel like we aren't really slowing down to fully experience anything- because we are too distracted by the next best thing.
Simplicity changes all of that.
When we practice intentional simplicity we clear the path to fully experiencing the things that bring us the most joy.
In this episode you will learn how to practice intentional simplicity so you can start experiencing less overwhelm, and more peace and fulfillment in your life.
