The last several years have been intense on our planet. As a result many people are now opening their minds and hearts to the higher spiritual realms to find solace and understanding in these changing times. I definitely agree that this is a good thing yet at the same it is also important that we stay connected with what it means to be human. 

I was encouraged by my guides to share this podcast today in hopes that it would help us all connect more with our humanity through the simple things. The spirit world is giving us signs all the time but we often miss them because we are too busy. However, the more we connect with beauty in our human world, the more spirit can come through with signs. When we slow down to literally and figuratively smell the roses we have the opportunity to revel in this experience no matter how challenging. This in turn uplifts our frequency and we can see and think beyond our human limitations. Just like the infinity symbol, it is all connected. So let's take a moment to connect back into the simple beautiful moments in life.
