An empath is a person highly attuned to the feelings and emotions of those around them. Empaths come into the world with heightened senses, which are increased further by different challenges or traumas they've experienced in their lives. Empaths inhabit the complete and extreme opposite side of the spectrum from people who are narcissistic, sociopathic, or psychopathic.

In this episode, I share the signs of an empath and burned-out signs and how to change and look after yourself.

Welcome back to another episode...I am going to share my Reiki Journey and how Reiki Principles helped me came to my life and why Reiki  

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki is a natural, simple, safe, effective healing system that uses universal life force energy, the energy which fills our entire universe and all living things. This energy is channeled through the hands of the practitioner into the body and the aura of the receiver. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Reiki is a simple, natural, and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and ailment and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion.

In a private Reiki session, Srimanju will help you unlock the blocks inside and discover what is stopping you from living all the richness, wealth, joy, and happiness you want. She will help you set goals and guide you to live the life of your dreams. Reiki will help you discover a better way, one that can lead to a life of fulfillment, happiness, gratitude, and purpose.

 The benefits of Reiki are not limited to healing! Reiki can be used on situations, to achieve goals, to overcome obstacles, its uses are endless! Reiki works on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels ad overall wellness of us.  

Once we learn Reiki we try to live by these five Reiki principles Which in effect works in the balance of overall wellbeing.  

Just for today,I will not be angry. 

Just for today, I will not worry. 

Just for today, I will be grateful.  

Just for today, I will do my work honestly.  

Just for today, I will be kind to every living thing.  

Trying to live by these principles helps us to be spiritually connected to the soul path.     When the time is right Reiki will come to your path.

Being an Energy healer for the past 12 years I have realized protecting your own energies is the priority before we serve others. If not, we will get drained sooner and not be able to hold the space for others.  The protection techniques that I am going to share below apply to everyone, empaths, lightworkers, healers and who are sensitive  Some of the signs you may notice of not being protected are

1. Lethargic

2. Sudden body cramps

3. Tiredness

4. Anxiousness

5. Sick

6. Exhaustion

This is a fascinating subject I have today. Do you need spiritual validations? What does that mean to you? Sit with it for a moment and think…

Validations have been a part of our lives since informative young ages. We always look up to our elders to see if they are nodding yes or no before we do anything.

If you don't remember, then watch a toddler; e.g.,  They know they shouldn't access the laptop, but they keep trying to go to the computer and then look for our facial expressions to go or not.

As we step into spirituality or get to know ourselves further or beyond the layers of our layered truth, we seek validations from other spiritualists or soul tribes.

Suppose our experience is the right or on the right path etc. We are constantly connecting to check-in like WIFI bars moving throughout the time.

But the fun part is we don't know what is right or wrong to get the information we are looking for.
