How Long Will America Last?

Bryan Fischer here with today’s Life and Liberty Minute. Human beings live forever. Nations and empires do not. We may think America is so strong that we are impervious to the things that have left other nations in the dustbin of history. We are not. God’s word tells us exactly how long America will last. “If you faithfully obey the voice of the Lord your God, being careful to do all his commandments, the Lord your God will set you high above all the nations of the earth. And the Lord will make you abound in prosperity.” That’s Deuteronomy 27. Alexis de Toqueville observed that America is great because America is good; and if America ever ceases to be good she will cease to be great.” America will only survive and thrive as long as we worship God and him only and obey his precepts for living. Our part is to pray for awakening and obey God this very day.

We Are Living In Dangerous Times For America

It is evident by now that forces both human and spiritual which are hostile to America as it was founded are laboring through fraud and deception to deprive the American people of our right to choose our own president. They seek to undermine the Constitution itself, and are powerful, devious, and well-funded. It might even look for a moment like they are winning. But let us never forget that God has the divine power to bring to light things hidden in the darkness and frustrate the plans of those who plot evil against us. And let’s remember the words of Hezekiah in Second Chronicles: “Do not be afraid or dismayed before the king of Assyria and all the horde that is with him, for there are more with us than with him. With him is an arm of flesh, but with us is the Lord our God to help us and fight our battles.”

What Happens If The Electoral College Cannot Pick A President?

Bryan Fischer here with today’s Life and Liberty Minute. The Electoral College will meet on December 14 to pick a president. With all the legal confusion due to election fraud, what if it can’t produce a winner on that day? According to the twelfth amendment of the Constitution, if no candidate gets a majority of the Electoral College vote on December 14, the election is sent to the House of Representatives to hold its own election. And the House is to do so “immediately,” on that very day. Each state delegation in the House gets one vote. The good news for Trump supporters is that Republicans have a majority in twenty-six state delegations and Democrats just twenty-two, with four delegations evenly split. If delegations remain faithful, the House will send Donald Trump back to the White House by a vote of twenty-six to twenty-two. How does that sound?

God Sees What Is Done In Darkness

Bryan Fischer here with today’s Life and Liberty Minute. There are enough irregularities in the vote count in this year’s presidential election to merit investigations and court challenges. Hundreds of thousands of ballots entered the system at 4 a.m. in Wisconsin and Michigan, all of them for one candidate and none for the other, a statistical impossibility. But we have a God who sees what is done in darkness. “Sovereign Lord, we ask you to bring to light every evil thing that is hidden in the darkness so that the truth may be seen. Please expose anyone who is perverting the course of justice, and raise up judges who will punish any who are guilty so that the rule of law may be upheld and honored in our land. We ask you to restrain the powers of darkness so that your will and your will alone may be done this day on earth as it is in heaven. In Jesus’s name, amen.”

On November 3, God Is Setting Before Us Life And Death

Bryan Fischer here with today’s Life and Liberty Minute. We are faced with a stark choice on election day, between candidates who offer radically different views of leading America. One candidate believes in an intrusive form of government; the other believes in maximum liberty under the law. One candidate does not believe in the God-given right of self-defense, the other one does. One candidate believes gender is fluid, the other believes that God has made us either male or female. One candidate does not believe in religious liberty, the other has spent four years fighting to protect it. And one candidate believes that babies in the womb can be butchered up to the moment of birth and beyond, while the other believes in the sanctity of every unborn human life. It’s a time for choosing. God is setting before us life and death. Let us choose life.

How To Live Long And Prosper

Bryan Fischer here with today’s Life and Liberty Minute. If you wonder why our culture is in meltdown and on the verge of civil war, look no further than our rejection of God and his moral authority. God wants us to live well and to live long in this rich land he has given to us. What we must do is get back to following his ten simple rules for living. If we worship God and him only, refuse to take his name in vain, treat our parents with honor, refuse to harbor hate toward anyone in our hearts, remain faithful to our marriage vows, refuse to take anything that doesn’t belong to us, refuse to lie, and refuse to give way to lust for people or things, God promises it will go well with us, and we will live long in this land. If we refuse to worship him and obey him, well, we wind up where we are today. It’s simple: obey God and live or reject God and die. What will it be, America?

Philadelphia: A Peek At Joe Biden’s America

Bryan Fischer here with today’s Life and Liberty Minute. In Philadelphia, a man armed with a knife refused repeated commands to drop his weapon and was shot to death by two cops. A righteous shoot if there ever was one. But the socialist Black Lives Matter crowd reacted with vengeful and hateful rage and began assaulting cops, reporters, and stores. Ninety one cops were sent to the hospital. This is a preview of what will happen whether Trump wins or loses. If he wins, the blind rage we saw in Philadelphia will be repeated in every major city in America. And if Trump loses, Antifa and BLM will loot and pillage in celebration. Either way, there will be blood. What’s at stake in this election is whether America will have any respect for the rule of law or whether chaos and vigilantism will be allowed to reign. Vote carefully, but whatever else you do, vote.
