Puberty Blockers Are Irreversible

Bryan Fischer here with today’s Life and Liberty Minute. The world is making a mad, desperate, dangerous, and devilish rush toward making transgenderism the preferred option for sexually confused teenagers. In the process, teens are given puberty blockers that they’re told are reversible. Unfortunately, that is blatantly false. Endocrinologist Dr. William Malone says puberty blockers interfere with normal bone density development as well as brain development, and increase rather than cure gender dysphoria. One drug called Lupron actually causes the chemical castration of the teens who take it, and is linked to a number of deaths. But 85% of teens naturally outgrow gender dysphoria by the time they’re adults. God is clear he made us male and female, and he’s not confused at all about which is which. We shouldn't be confused either.

How To Prevent Suicide

Bryan Fischer here with today’s Life and Liberty Minute. Teen suicide should be a concern to us all. But there is a solution, and the solution is intact marriages. A large South Korean study of middle and high school students found there was a strong correlation between suicides and the marriage status of parents. Adolescent boys from broken marriages were at an 80% increased risk of suicide attempts, and adolescent girls were at a 90% increased risk. Coronavirus A Great Reason To Build The Wall

Bryan Fischer here with today’s Life and Liberty Minute. The Coronavirus originated in China, perhaps in a Chinese bioweapons lab. It is spread from one human to another, and may be turning into a worldwide pandemic. Most Americans don’t know that thousands of illegal aliens from China sneak across our borders from Mexico every year. 12,000 Chinese nationals illegally entered our country in 2019 alone, and the problem is getting worse. We have no way of knowing how many of them may bring the virus with them, but all it takes is one. The purpose of Ellis Island was to screen would-be immigrants for communicable diseases before they set foot on American soil. Every alien who enters our land without being screened for disease represents a threat to the health of our people. The sooner the president finishes building the wall, the healthier we all will be.

God Is Taking Care of Global Warming

Bryan Fischer here, with today’s Life and Liberty Minute. Greta Thunberg and her fellow climate scientologists believe the earth will burn up in 10 years if drastic measures aren’t taken. But in the view of actual climate science, the earth is headed for a prolonged period of global cooling. The sun is the only source of heat the earth has. When it’s active, it releases more heat and temperatures rise. When it’s less active, it releases less heat and temperatures cool. Astronomers tell us that we are headed into a solar minimum marked by a cessation of sunspot activity. The last time this happened, we entered the Little Ice Age, around 1700, during which people ice skated on the Thames River in London. Temperatures will drop by more than temperatures are supposed to rise under global warming hysteria. In other words, don’t fret. God’s got this.

Supreme Court Slaps Down Inferior Courts

Bryan Fischer here with with today’s Life and Liberty Minute. Federal district court judges have no constitutional authority outside their own districts. Yet under President Trump these courts - which the Constitution calls inferior courts - have been routinely issuing nationwide injunctions, most of them direct attacks on the president’s immigration policies. The Supreme Court has finally taken notice, and Neil Gorsuch last week slapped down these lowly district judges, saying they do not have authority to set policy for the entire nation. If these judges are allowed to get away with this, activists will quickly learn they don’t need to go to the Supreme Court to stop the president’s agenda - all they need is a bottom run district judge in Hawaii or San Francisco to pull the plug. It’s long past time for this practice to end, and under this Supreme Court it will.

God’s View: The Impeachment Of Donald Trump Is An Abomination

Bryan Fischer here with today’s Life and Liberty Minute. In Proverbs 17:15, the Scriptures say, “He who justifies the wicked and he who condemns the righteous are both alike an abomination to the LORD.” The impeachment of President Trump has been an unjust farce from the beginning. His opponents have attempted to politically decapitate a man who has committed no crime. American law requires the president to certify that any nation which receives American funds is serious about corruption. Ukraine signed a treaty with us, under President Bill Clinton, that obligates Ukraine to cooperate with us in investigating corruption. When the president sought the assistance of Ukraine in looking into corruption, even if it involved a political opponent, he was just doing his job. God would call this impeachment attempt an abomination. And I would agree.

When Government Doesn’t Punish Crime

Bryan Fischer here with today’s Life and Liberty Minute. The Scripture makes clear that government is God’s idea, not man’s, and that he has given to government authority to punish criminal behavior. What happens when government does not do its job? In Ecclesiastes 8:11 we are told, “Because the sentence against an evil deed is not executed speedily, the heart of the children of man is fully set to to evil.” When the law is not enforced, evil is allowed to run free and grow in strength. Regressives are rolling back restraints against evil, and the results are entirely predictable. A bank robber in New York was arrested for holding up four banks. But because of brainless bail reform laws, he was immediately set free. What did he do? The very next day he robbed another bank. He said, “I can’t believe they let me out! What were they thinking?” My question exactly.

God Will Vindicate You In His Time

Bryan Fischer here with today’s Life and Liberty Minute. “No weapon that is fashioned against you shall succeed, and you shall refute every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord and their vindication from me, declares the Lord.” God promises that if we unjustly condemned, he will, in his time, come to our aid and deliver us from these attacks against us. We are seeing this played out in real time as President Trump’s legal team masterfully defends him from false and manufactured accusations. His opponents said he will be impeached for all of history. No, he will be acquitted for all history. If you have been falsely accused, take heart. God sees, God knows, and he will vindicate you in the eyes of the only people that matter. This will be your heritage as a servant of the Lord.
