As children, and as humans, all we ever want is love. However, as we go through life - we experience hurt, pain, rejection, and other trauma wounds that slowly lead us to believe that we are either unworthy of love or that our love is conditional on how we act or be in this world.
We teach ourselves that in order to be lovable we need to have the great job, 6 pack abs, incredible lifestyle. We forget the truth that we are already worthy of all the love in the universe just as we are.
We forget that the only source of true love and fulfillment exists deeply within us, and that no external accomplishment can give us this feeling that we seek.
The only way to heal these wounds, to remember and return to the state of eternal love that exists within us - and to give that love to others around us is to heal the parts of us that don't believe we are worthy of unconditional love.
Thank you for joining me on this healing journey.
I want to acknowledge and celebrate you for doing the work. It is not easy, but it is some of the most important work we can ever do on this planet.
