In this episode, I open up about my own realization that I had become complacent—too comfortable and losing focus on what I truly want. I’ve come to understand that our daily habits shape who we are becoming, and pushing things aside for "later" or "not now" can lead us down the wrong path. Life isn't always easy, and it’s okay to not be okay. I’m advocating for mental health and emphasizing the importance of self-care and self-love. When we give ourselves the attention we need, we can show up better for ourselves and, ultimately, for the life we want to create.
