In this episode, I discuss my experiences with intrusive thoughts and the temptation to give in to cravings for smoking and drinking alcohol. I explore the inner battle we face, emphasizing that our greatest challenge often comes from within.
In this episode, I explore how our thoughts shape our realities, sometimes manifesting into existence even when initially non-existent. I share personal experiences and strategies for combatting intrusive thoughts and fostering positive change. Reinventing oneself is a challenging journey, demanding inner strength and perseverance. Ultimately, it's a battle within oneself, where our thoughts dictate what we attract and who we become—the journey toward embracing the best version of ourselves.
On This Episode I talk about my own personal experiences with being conscious and how its easily it is to slip out of consciousness and into a bis. I was getting lost in my own journey and I forgot what I was I was doing it all for and lost inspiration. Creating self limiting beliefs within myself and giving in to new "bad habits" because its easier to just to ignore it with distractions; letting opportunities pass by and slip away from life... Awareness has to be a conscious choice, everyday. Life can get busy, I know. Its insane. Just doing the thing to just barely survive and drained by the day to day, sucking life itself out of us. Giving yourself the time to recharge, recoup, refresh. This is a message to never give up on yourself and to believe in yourself because hunny, without that; hopeless.
These are my personal experiences, opinions and perspectives; I only hope to inspire someone through this personal growth journey.
In this episode, I share my experiences of being alone and what I’ve learned about solitude and building a healthy relationship with oneself. A positive mindset and good mental health are essential for happiness. It’s important to take the time to listen to yourself, understand what your spirit truly needs, and live authentically. Many people feel stuck in the repetitive cycle of daily life and settle for less, but breaking free and forging your own path is not easy. The hardest part is healing from within—it's all an inside job. Join me on this journey of personal growth, and let's navigate it together!
In this episode, I reflect on my nine-month journey, highlighting the gains and losses I've come to terms with. It hasn't always been the easiest path, but it has been incredibly rewarding and a true blessing. It's easy to forget how far we've come because we get so caught up in our daily routines, just doing what we need to do to get by. We often don't take the time to appreciate our progress. Today, I celebrate this journey and this small win, feeling both excited and optimistic about the future.
Welcome back to another episode of Life--Sober & Shit! In this episode, I’m talking about how our lives can sometimes feel stagnant and hopeless. We get so caught up in distractions that we lose our sense of direction.
Sometimes, we just need a little reminder to look within ourselves and reflect on how far we’ve come. Remember, you’ll never be faced with something you can’t handle. The right people and opportunities will come into your life when the time is right.
Stay hopeful and optimistic—there’s always something better and brighter around the corner.
Have you ever felt like ending everything seems easier than living the life you have? Life can be incredibly challenging, and sometimes it feels like you just can’t catch a break. However, remember that you are stronger than you think, and the universe never gives you more than you can handle. It’s how we navigate through crises and adversity that truly matters. The route may not always be easy, but nothing worthwhile ever is.
In this episode, I discuss how I cope with difficult times and how I choose to spend my time with myself. Join me as I share my journey and insights on finding strength and resilience in the face of life’s challenges.
In this episode of Life - Sober & Shit, I get into the concept of embracing mediocrity and respecting those who choose to live an average life without seeking change. It's a reminder not to impose new ideas or push for change onto individuals who are content with their current state.
We explore the notion that everyone's definition of success differs, and what may seem mediocre to some is excellence for others. It's crucial to recognize and respect these differences without judgment.
When we try to change people or situations to fit our own preferences, it can lead to friction and resentment. Instead, we advocate for focusing our energy on personal growth and minding our own business. At the end of the day, we can only control our own lives and actions.
Change is constant, and everyone has the right to evolve at their own pace. Whether one chooses to stay the same or seek change, it's a personal journey that should be respected and honored.
Hello everyone, and welcome back to another episode of Life - Sober & Shit! This week, I talk about how the choices we make each day can impact our tomorrow. How we choose to live our lives reflects our peace of mind, even in challenging situations. It's all about the choices we make.
I'll get into the idea that while we are all unique, we are also fundamentally the same. I'll share personal experiences, such as my journey to quit vaping, to illustrate that change starts in the mind. Once you've made the decision to change, you must commit fully.
I'm just an ordinary person who faces adversities, but I believe in choosing to live life with purpose. We're all doing our best with this human experience, trying to discover our truest selves. It's important to remember that none of us are perfect; we all have flaws, but there's no shame in embracing them.
