In late 2024 into early 2025, I found myself struggling with the WORST rash I've ever had... and it was on my face. Talk about demoralizing! Perioral dermatitis (PD) is an incredibly stubborn and temperamental rash that in some ways resembles both acne and eczema, and it occurs around the mouth and nose area. Some people get it around their eyes as well. I healed this rash in 2025 and then it returned several weeks ago, much to my demise.

In this episode, I'm telling you exactly what healed my rash... and it is NOT anything you will find on Google, ChatGPT, or, unfortunately, even your Dermatologist's office. TRUST me, because I first went to all these other sources before realizing what my proper cure was.
